I’m a thirteen-year-old schoolgirl from Cherkasy. I study in the eighth form at First City Gymnasia. Being under the influence of different events which take place in this country and in many other countries abroad, I’ve decided to write about the human rights protection and participate in this contest. When I first heard about the Bill of Rights I thought that it is one of the few very important documents. It is old and everybody extols it. However, further consideration revealed that this document has the most prominent importance not only to the Unites States of America but for every democratic country.
